These Terms govern your use of OP Map (the "Game"). By creating an account or using the Game, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. The service

OP Map is a free web game themed after the world of One Piece. It is provided "as is", may change or be discontinued at any time, and donations are voluntary.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure. Each person must use a single account.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

To detect this conduct we analyze technical and activity data (including IP), as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Moderation and sanctions

We may review activity and apply sanctions — including suspending or blocking an account — when we detect a breach of these Terms, at our reasonable discretion.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary and support the project. They do not guarantee competitive advantages and, unless the law requires otherwise, are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

OP Map is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project with no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from the rights holders of One Piece (Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or others). "One Piece" and related elements are trademarks and works of their respective owners. If you are a rights holder with an objection, contact us at [email protected].

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Game is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date. Continued use of the Game means you accept the changes.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of the country from which the Game is operated. If you act as a consumer, you remain protected by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of habitual residence. For any question, contact [email protected].
